All backpacks are thoroughly inspected before shipping to our customers. Orders are shipped out of our Warehouse within 24 hours. 

If you are not completely satisfied with our backpack for any reason within the first 30 days, send it back to us for a full refund excluding shipping charges once backpack has been received at our warehouse. Our tackle backpack includes accessories. If a backpack is returned  without the accessories $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or stolen packages:

  • If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received the package please send us an email at: redgillsfishing@gmail.com
  • We will open a case with the carrier, but please keep in mind that this process can take up to two weeks to resolve. 
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.
